Camille Kittrell, M.S., ERYT

Camille Kittrell has more than 20 years of experience as a fitness and yoga instructor. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise and Integrative Yoga Therapy, a therapeutic yoga style. She is also a graduate of Yoga of the Heart® for Cardiac Rehab and Cancer Patients. Camille furthered her study at forums on breast cancer issues, led by oncologists, plastic surgeons, nurses, physical therapists, and social workers.
In 2003, Camille founded Exclusive Yoga Studio in Waltham, MA, and launched her innovative yoga classes safely tailored for breast cancer survivors. Today, Camille’s yoga methods are lauded across Boston’s medical community. She is an Exercise Consultant for Massachusetts General Hospital and has developed yoga practices for those with Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, arthritis, heart disease, and other health challenges. Her MGH class Yoga and Tai Chi for People with Parkinson’s has been featured on NPR and TV’s Channel 4 Evening News.
Camille leads instructor trainings for cardiac rehab and breast cancer recovery nationwide. Her DVD “Gentle Yoga for Recovery & Beyond” is based on the workshop she presents at the annual Celebration of Life event, sponsored by Beth Israel Deaconness Medical Center and Harvard Medical School.
