Stretch Fusion I & II
Enjoy a total-body stretch and tone program that smoothly blends elements of yoga, Pilates, dance, and sports. Level I is gentle. Level II offers more challenging movements.
Increase your bone density, muscle tone, and upper and lower body strength. Hand and ankle weights, bars, balls, and bands provide added resistance. Class ends with a relaxing stretch.
Strengthen your abdominal, lower back, and hip muscles with a variety of mat exercises. Learn effective traditional techniques as well as mind/body methods that focus on balance, visualization, and breath.
